The certification

A badge that's earned. Not bought.

Behind every badge, 15 years of snow operations powered by FolloSOFT. Concrete criteria, verified every season — so that “certified” actually means something.

Assessed and audited by the program

No contractor holds this level yet. Its full criteria will be announced by the program.

How the audit works.

01

Legal check

Business existence, registration and liability insurance confirmed against public records.

02

Operating data

Real snow-removal history, measured via FolloTRAC — routes, jobs, completed seasons.

03

Client references

Validated client contacts and verified satisfaction, feeding the upper tiers.

04

Decision & renewal

Status assigned, then re-assessed every season. The badge can be revoked if no longer earned.

What the badge guarantees the client.

A real, legal and insured company — not an anonymous phone number.
A verifiable operating history, not promises.
A recourse: a misused badge can be reported and revoked.

Questions about certification.

Can the badge be bought?

No. The badge rests on verified criteria. Companies fund the program, but no payment replaces verification.

How often are Guardians re-verified?

Every season. Insurance, history and references are re-assessed before the badge is renewed.

What if a Guardian doesn't deliver?

Report it from their profile. Every report is reviewed and can lead to suspension or revocation of the badge.
